At the PASR Delaware County Chapter meeting in December, outgoing Chapter President, Harry M. Hill, III (on right) passed the gavel to incoming Chapter President, Steve Kupsov (on left).
Harry served as Chapter President for the past three years and during that time our Chapter grew in membership and was honored by the Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR) state organization for achievement in organization.
Steve who also serves as Chapter Chair for the Legislative Political Education Committee (L/PEC) has taken up the gavel to continue his leadership efforts now as President fulfilling our motto; “To serve, not to be served”.
