This Spring, members enjoyed two RECREO events a day at the Phillies Game at Citizens Bank Park and a trip to the Museum of the American Revolution. Immediately after the Phillies vs. Giants game seniors were invited down on on the field for the Seniors Stroll the Bases event and to top off the day the Phillies won! During the visit to the Museum of the American Revolution members got to explore the dynamic story of the American Revolution through its collection of Revolutionary era artifacts, dioramas, films, & interactive exhibits. Learn about the entire period from colonial unrest to the Treaty of Paris. A special treat was seeing the multimedia show of George Washington’s Tent.
