 At our Chapter April 2018 meeting, Judith Guise, Region 1 Director (far right) conducted the installation ceremony for our Chapter officers and committee chair. Anne Mosakowski, President (Front), Kathryn Flagg, Secretary (L), John DellaGuardia, Social Memorial Honor Fund and Newsletter Chair (Center), Harry Hill, III Treasurer (R).  Steve Kupsov (on left) passes the President’s gavel for the PASR Delaware County Chapter to Anne Mosakowski (on right) At the PASR Delaware County Chapter meeting in April 2018, outgoing Chapter President, Steve Kupsov passed the gavel to incoming Chapter President, Anne Mosakowski.
Steve served as Chapter President for the past three years and during that time our Chapter expanded our website www.delcopasr.org and established additional volunteer and membership awards. Steve continues to serve our Chapter as Legislative Political Education Committee (L/PEC) Chair and as Bylaws Chair. Our new Chapter President, Anne Mosakowski begins a two year term and plans to continue and expand PASR goals and activities as she takes up the gavel fulfilling our motto; “To serve, not to be served”. |
