“THE MUSICAL COMEDY MURDERS OF 1940” -- Wednesday, May 24, 11 AM, $69 per person. Members of a recent Broadway flop assemble at the estate of a wealthy “angel”. The “Slasher” appears, a blizzard ensues, bodies drop, and of course, a bumbling police inspector arrives. DEADLINE: May 1
“THE SOUND OF MUSIC” -- Wednesday, August 16, 11 AM, $69 per person. One of the most beloved musicals of all time. Rodgers and Hammerstein’s musical is based on the memoirs of Maria Augusta von Trapp and has many cherished songs. DEADLINE: February 5.
“IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE” -- Sunday, November 19, 11 AM, $69 per person. Based on the Frank Capra film, a heartwarming classic of love, honor, and friendship. DEADLINE: October 10.

WEST CHESTER RAILROAD, OCTOBER FOLIAGE EXPRESS (Dates to be announced) All trains board at 230 E. Market Street, West Chester Train Station. The train runs from West Chester to the Glen Mills historic station and back to West Chester, which takes about 90 minutes round trip with one 20-minute stop at the Victorian era Glen Mills Station where you can explore, including a picnic grove, along the Chester Creek. The trains were built between 1931 to 1932 for the Reading Railroad. The trains were refurbished in the mid-1960s.

Places we visited and enjoyed included the Penn Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, in Philadelphia, the Kimmel Center Verizon Hall for the Philly Pops Christmas Show, and the Nemours Estate for the Christmas display followed by lunch at the DuPont Country Club. Not pictured was our January 2020 visit to the Hedgerow Theatre for a performance of Nunsense followed by dinner at the Iron Hill Brewery in Media. FUN TIMES before the shut-down.
