The Pennsylvania Association of School Retirees (PASR) Delaware County Chapter is a strong advocate to promote passage of legislation to prevent further abuse and political manipulation of the retirement systems within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This agenda addresses the Pension Reform II Proposal to promote legislation to reduce the system’s unfunded liabilities, halt the increase in employer contributions that threaten to bankrupt school districts and fixed income property taxpayers, and provide a COLA to retirees in greatest need.
